I have node in forehead near eyebrow and it pain less and hard  for  4month small Growing, little no iching ,but looking like bulg. one time I have done surgery 20 days before .but it is little growing again.surgen suggest no medicine only surgery to remove?  but in fnac report it is granulaomatous lesion. All report oky in ct head chest  xray ,bipsy and CBC , s calciu. , s serum level is oky . any treatment??? please suggest.
