Hi, There is small painful node type mass formed near ball and socket joint area. It is painful and i need help in knowing what would be the reason for it and what should be course of treatment

Do you mean the hip joint how did you know  it is a nodule .? is it by Ultrasound/MRI. ? Painful? We should know few more details before suggesting what next to do? Otherwise meet a orthopaedician and he will guide you.
