Feeling node behind my left ear n swelling in the whole area it is mums or what. And having pain in it.

You seem to be suffering from viral parotitis which may be mumps. In any case treatment is symptomatic in the form of analgesics and antiseptic mouth gargle for few days. Usually it will resolve on its own within few days
