No yolk sac at 5 week 1 day

Hello, My lmp was 12th May, 2023 and gestational age is 5 week 3 days. I had my tvs scan 2 days back and while gestational sac is seen, no yolk sac could be spotted. Doctor suggested to repeat scan after 10 days. I've had a missed abortion 8 months back and this is my third pregnancy. (Have a 4 year old child) Is it something to worry about? Thank you.
