No withdrawal bleeding after ipill

I took an ipill within 48 hours but it has been 12 days and theres no sign of withdrawal bleeding. I have symptoms such as breast tenderness, lower abdominal pain and small bumps on areola. I am very tensed. Please help.

Chances of pregnancy can not be ruled out.. get a preg test done after missed period.
