No Varicocele found in usg

My usg scrotum is clear... But i feel some swollen veins in upside of my left testicle. I was diagnosed with epididymorrchitis 15 days ago and taken medicines and got testicular pain relief.. only mind pain is there.. but these swollen thing upside testicle make me uncomfortable. Please advice is it normal ?? If it is then will these swollen go away with time ???
