I HV been doing maturbation since 2 years but now I feel no same sensation in my breast and the breast became loose or saggy & nipples is no HV any sensation if i do it even harder .. it's like I don't HV breast it's response less plz tell what should I do & plz do tell will it cause any thing damage to my body
