I am married. Unable to get proper erection while sex. But everyday feel like doing mastubation. Sometimes I take Viagra, but unable to release sperms and we both get tired in between. Also, feels pain near my pelvic muscle and somtimes in testicles. Please provide some solution. Currently, I am taking medicines for vitamin B12 and vitamin D.
