Lets come to your problem one by one.
Your GGT is in normal range.
What is does is, it denotes the damage of
liver and more precisely the damage to billiary tree due to toxins that includes alcohol as the top on the charts. GGT has also been found to be related with some cardiovascular diseases though a strong correlation is still awaited. AST and ALT are under normal range.
In my opinion, I am convinced by the fact that report is okay, but enzymes under normal limits is not the only criteria to rule out a liver pathology, as in cases of chronic liver diseases they often rise initially but come back to normal values after a few months.
What I would require to make a definitive conclusion is, your complete medical history with some tests I am writing.
I would also require your bilirubin,
albumin and P.time levels for making a conclusion
