My baby boy is 27 days old. He has not pooped since last 3 days however urination is frequent. He is being fed by his mother.

Neonate passing 7-8 stool per day or once in 4-5 days both are normal . Urine /Feeding should be good

This is normal at this age..if the child is active feeding well gaining weight and passing urine 6-7 times a day it is fine..At this age child may pass stools 8-10 times a day and on other times child may not pass stools for 1week.Both situation are normal
