Hi doc, My son didn't pooped from last 24 hours but he is taking feed normally but looks little irritated. He on proper breastfeed diet, Pls suggest

Considering your baby's age is less than 6 months, No need to worry at present
Next Steps
also look for abdominal distension, irritability, crying while defecation and hard stools. if these things are present consult with a doctor
