My wife is experiencing bowel movements, but when she visits the toilet, the poop doesn't happen.. She has acidity as well. Our family Dr. Had given her medicines for fever.

Hello Dear, Constipation is a common side effect following antibiotics. As the effect of antibiotics wears off, her constipation will be released. But as a home remedy, she can try drinking Luke warm water and mix a pinch of salt and asafoetida and drink it twice a day. Also try drinking lot of water.
