My last periods Oct 11 that time i was attacked by typhoid fever now its Nov 27, yesterday i did pregnancy test is negative, but I have chest pain with 8 days.. Am pregnant r not tell me mam

Do a serum beta hcg blood test to confirm about pregnancy.. Periods could be delayed because of a lot of causes like thyroid problem ,pcos , ovarian cyst..
