Hey Doc... first time10 days delayed period since 2 years trying to conceive. Urine test negative.. beta HCG 0.00 but no period. Am i pregnant if nt why?

No according to BHCG report you are not pregnant..Wait for few more days and again repeat.If same finding then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding after consulting with the gynaecologist or me through practo.
