No periods but pregnancy test negative

2 month before I got married but this month I haven't periods but while I checked my pregnancy via strip the result false negative. I am worried about it. Kindly suggest me what can I do next

May be hormonal imbalance wait for few days If you don't get cycle then consult u r gynecologist
