No periods 14 weeks after normal deliver

I had a normal delivery after which, for  6weeks bleeding was there. I am not having periods after that and it's been 14weeks now I.e. 8 weeks to my last periods. I am exclusively breastfeeding. Is there anything to concern?

It's called lactational amenorrhoea
Next Steps
I can tell you everything about it and when you want to stop your lactation I can prescribe you medicine for that also
