No period for more than 1 year

My age is 34 n didn't get period over 1 year so last week I did master checkup and they said I'm having fibroids more of suspecting as cancer tissue ..Is it true ? Pl suggest me

Tissue diagnosis is required to confirm cancer. Consult gynecologist for biopsy. Or share mri report is available.
