No pelvis muscles movement while walking

Pelvis roation is absent while walking.It looks like muscles in hips doesnt move.It is causing an abnormal gait while walking.What can be the reasons and how to correct it? Is it beacuse of stiff muscles in my lower back and hips?I also feel pain in my buttocks which looks like piriformis syndrome (feel some nerve pain)as I searched on the net.

Firstly consult near by Physiotherapy clinic and take physical assessment properly.... May be pelvic dysfunction If pelvic dysfunction physio correct it... 2nd pelvic muscles tight if tight release it by manually Hot pack for 10 minutes 2 or 3 times in a day...
