I feel sick a few months back and took cold medicines and antibiotics. Before this I had very healthy skin, hair and eyes. After recovering from illness, I started experiencing dry eyes, skin and hair. I don't wash my hair often . But the more I wait the more it gets dry. Is there something that I'm doing wrong. Also, I am a vegetarian.
