Hi, its been 3 dys since my delivery and I don't get milk at all. There is also a burning sensation on breasts but still m trying to feed my baby. I think my milk ducts are still not opened or is this any kind of infection, please let me know. Kindly advise.

you must be having engorge breast, you need to express your milk manually or with help of breast pump.. as your breasts soften then not the baby will able to suck.
