I have irregular menstruation but as of this year, I have my menstruation during last week of the month.

Hi Its not clear from your question that your periods were regular before. If so then you need a check up by a gynaecologist and after that she can help you with this. There are  many reasons for this.so consult a gynaecologist. Best wishes
