There are small balls just back to my skin.. It's so hard but there is no swelling... Whom shall I console means what should be a doctor's specialisation?

Hello.. Well I would suggest you to meet a dermatologist in person so that we can examine You and suggest you treatment accordingly..It's difficult to come to a conclusion without actually seeing it...Thank you
