No fetal activity seen at 9 weeks 3 days

9 weeks 3 days pregnant. Retroverted uterus. Fetal age is 7 weeks 3 days. Gestational sac , yolk sac and fetal pole seen. CRL is 1.24 cm. Fetal cardiac activity is yet not seen. I am worried please help
