No ejaculation

I had a suture rectopexy surgery last year on September 02,2022 and now urs been 13 months since i haven't had sperm ejaculation, penis erects properly but nothing comes out, sometimes one or two drips of white color watery thing comes out but its not sticky at all like sperms. My doc keeps on saying its retrogade ekaculation and you will be normal but my question is when ? How long?
