My wife is 8 week pregnent ànd as per last U/S, there is no cardiac activity seen. Final remarks....likely missed abortion. Our Gynea wants to continue with medicine as still no miscarriage symptom seen in body. Though, we are continuing with medicine but very tensed and concerned for next U/S after 10 days.

Hi, It is usually a very stressful time if a heart beat is not discovered. Sometimes it can come a bit later and sometimes it can lead due to a miscarriage. In a missed abortion if usually dont get any symptoms. For more information have a look at http://www.drdeeptigupta.com/articles/miscarriage/

hello, repeat an ultrasound scan as advised by your doctor. Be positive. Sometimes, it may take time to diagnose cardiac activity.

You may not see any symptoms in case of missed abortion .your repeat U/S. Will confirm the diagnosis .
