No bleeding after taking Misoprestol

Doctor gave mifeprestine when hcg was 231, took miseprestol after 2 days. But there was no intra/extra gestational sac observed but hcg has increased by 84% in 43 hours before taking mtp.  There is no bleeding even after 21 hours. Apart from a slight brownish bleed. No cramps too. Is this something to worry about? Please advice. Since the hcg is low is this expected? If yes, can we assume that it is terminated?

There can be ectopic pregnancy which is not detected some times so early.so keep a watch for any pain and if so consult a gynaecologist personally.
