Nitrite positive in urine pus cell 5-6. I got 1 week antibiotics course but no improvement still feverish and night sweats abdominal pain sometimes buring sensation in urine

All antibiotics will not work . May be resistant to the antibiotics being used . It is important to do a urine culture and an ultrasound of the abdomen for further management .
