As I am unmarried age is 24yrs and having history of thyroid past 1 year. But my thyroid levels came normal on last 3 months back. Still I need to continue tablet for thyroid. And also suffering from nipple skin broken for 4 months . I also have irregular periods. I have attached my pic of right nipple . Kindly refer and give solution.

Dear Ma’am Need detailed history of how this happened. You have mastitis. Needs urgent antibiotics and probably pain relief to prevent an abscess. Also will need a breast ultrasound to see if abscess or anything sinister.
