I have been 6 years got married but still childless there are some fertility issued with spouse but major with me i have got some test done recently like TSH, serum, Fsh , ,LH,prolactin every test is fine, 3 years back i consulted with an urologist on his prescription i got FNAC(reports shows the smears of bilateral testicular aspirate are cellular and show a complete range of germ cell maturation from the spermatoginia to the mature spermatozoa stage. no inflammation is seen. no tumour seen) ultrasound examination of the scrotum but everything seems fine please suggest what to do
