I am On NoFap (no masturbation) . I have controlled my urge. But I cannot prevent nightfall. Please Help me how can I stop my nightfall? I feel very depressed for 2 days after my nightfall. I have heard Amla helps to prevent. Suggest me some tips to prevent night fall
