I am 64 yrs male having hypertension can i use nicotine patch to leave smoking also can i smoke while having nicotine patch

Need to consult deaddiction specialist, but nicotine patch is supplying you nicotine in restricted amount to stop craving to binge yourself in smoking if still you want to smoke with parch means dosage has to be adjusted and other medication is to be added to leave smoking( buprobione and virniculine) , consult psy chiatrist( de addiction doctor)
