Nothing to worry. If you put any drop in nose, it used to go to mouth normally...

Hello Don’t worry — Nasoclear is just sterile normal saline (salt water). It is non-toxic and safe, even if a few drops are swallowed. This is a common occurrence in babies when giving nasal drops. Usually, no symptoms occur. Baby may cough or gag briefly if the drops trickle down the throat — this is harmless. Feeding, breathing, and activity should remain normal.
Next Steps
Do not induce vomiting. No need to give anything to “flush it out.” No medicines are needed.
Health Tips
While giving drops, keep baby’s head slightly tilted back. Use only 1–2 drops per nostril. Wipe excess gently and avoid overuse. Visit a Pediatrician If baby has persistent coughing, vomiting, or difficulty breathing after the drops. If you feel baby is unusually irritable or drowsy.
