My newborn baby is 24 days old. He pass motion only 3 days once. Is that normal?

Normally, newborn babies pass stools almost 4-6 times a day. Passing stools once in 3 days for a newborn is not normal. It may be the symptom  of some underlying problem. Please get your baby examined by a paediatrician or a paediatric surgeon.

If the child is only breastfeed, then this is likely to be completely normal
