New mole growth!

A few months ago I notice I had completely two new moles in each side of vagina (inside). The one of the left side is slightly changing and bigger than it originally was. I have had std checks and I’m all clear, really worried. I also have a “Bartholin cyst” according to my doctor but that increases and deacreases in size, there is also a slight discolouration around that area too.
