New glasses causing tired eyes

I recently got a new set of frames on 21st June. My eye power is -6 for the right eye, -5.25 for the left eye. I had recently (on 9th June) visited an ophthalmologist because I was facing a dry eye issue causing redness of the eyes. However, my vision has not been affected at all. The doctor prescribed Normo Tears eyedrops 3 times a day, and Ocurest AH 2 times a day for 2 months. I was also asked to reduce digital screen time. The redness has reduced significantly. But I keep facing tired eyes and pain on my eyelids ever since I started using the new glasses. What could be the problem? My eye power has not changed in the last 5 years.

Take frequent breaks during screen work. If your glass power is same then it should not be a problem, u will get adjusted, provided it's made correctly.
