Above 15 bilirubin means you should get admitted. As such according to 7th day of life, it is below range. But we don't want it to rise from here so best will be double surface phototherapy for 1 day or until it becomes below 10. This jaundice may be due to dehydration (ie more than 10% weight loss). So while admission they will correct the feeding practice (ie establishment of Breastfeeding) and find out other probable reason for jaundice.
