Below is my 3day child usg report. pls guide if anything serious. LIVER: Normal in size) 4.5cm). outine and echotexture. No e/o any IHBR dilatation/ focal mass lesion seen, Portal vein is normal. CBD: Not dated (13mm). No intraductal calcul noted. Distended, transverse diameter 10mm. Wall thickness is normal. Hypoechoic sludge is seen in lumen. GALL BLADDER: Echotexture-Normal Size-Normal, No e/o any SOL/calcification/Duct dilatation seen PANCREAS: AORTA & PARA-AORTIC AREA: Aoria and IVC are normal. No mass lesion in para-aortic area. SPLEEN: Normal in size (2.6cm) and echotexture. KIDNEYS: Right kidney measures - 3.6x1.8cm. Left kidney measures -3.7x1.8cm. Cortical echogenicity is increased. Cortico medullary differentiation is maintained. Milk of calcium seen in all calyces of bil kidneys No e/o any calcull/Hydronephrosis seen in both kidneys. Bilateral ureters are not dilated.
