I'm 21 and never ever had a cold sore before. A few bays ago I squeezed a blackhead and now it's horrible it looks like I have herpes and I'm sure that's not the case

Squeezing out the blackhead causes the infection to spread . Use an antibiotic cream like bactroban ointment . If the boil persists or increases after 3-4 days then you may need to consult a doctor as it may require oral antibiotics
