Hello.  Very Good morning. I'm Dr.Yogesh Kr Sharma.  Trigeminal Neuralgia is treated by oral steroids and very well controlled by this. If you are suffering from Pain take Etoricoxib 90 mg ( brand name - Etoshine), on as required basis but don't take it on regular basis and it has minimal sideeffects.  Take Pan - L, one capsule twice a day 30 to 45 Minutes before having Etoshine to avoid gastritis. But in not every consumer it gives gastritis.  I have recommended you cap. Pan - L, on prophylactic basis. Hope your query is solved.  Take care and good luck and have a hasty recovery.
