Neurogenic bladder and urinary tract inf
I'm suffering from neurogenic bladder and urinary tract infection, and still I am in regular catheter but in this situation sperm will come out it cause any problem? If I done masturbation any problem with infection? Sperm will full come out nor store in bladder or catheter, it cause serious problem? Kindly suggest me.
ejaculation has nothing to do with the clean intermittent catheterization. if you are able to ejaculate the semen in good quantity without difficulty, then it's fine. if you have a dry ejaculate during masturbation, then the neurological condition that caused the bladder dysfunction is responsible for it also. it won't cause any harm, but keep updating your Urologist about it.
