I am 40 years old, Recently I have taken blood test as follows. Kindly advise me on medication and diet. Basophils count -0, red cell distribution width-SD (RDW-SD) -35.9, platelet distribution width (PDW)-15.6, LIPID Profile, Total cholesterol 205.8, LDL cholesterol-direct-137.0, TC/HDL cholesterol ratio- 5.15, Non-HDL cholesterol -165.8.
