Nerve pain weakness feet and leg

About 6 weeks ago one day i was standing for a long time (about 6 hours) i started having tingling sensation in leg after coming back. The tingling reduced but weekness in legs below knee started. Weekness or fatigue was such that i was not able to stand for half an hour or so. Now whenever i wear shoes the tingling starts again. The weekness has reduced. But today i again had to stand up for an hour or so and again tingling has started in feet.. I did nerve conduction study and reports were normal.. Also checked b12. B12 level is 139 and i am taking b12 tablets.. Can it be only because of b12 or smthing more serious

HELLO, NO, NOTHING SERIOUS. ADD B.COM WITH ZINC. (LIKE CAPSULE BECOSUL-Z)ONE AT NIGHT. TABLET METHYLCOBALAMIN ONE AT NIGHT. TABLET METNEUROBION ONE AT NIGHT. OR YOU CAN TAKE AFTER BREAKFAST LUNCH AND DINNER. ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT BELCHING IF THEIR IT'S VERY ODD TASTE. THEY ARE ONLY SUBSTITUTE TO B.COM. NERVE SHEATH ELECTRON TRANSFER. SO THEY ARE NERVE TONIC. IF  YOU HAVE TO STAND FOR HOUR OR SO YOU CAN TAKE CAPSULE PREGABANYL ONE AT NIGHT FOR TWO OR THREE NIGHTS, SO THE INTENSITY OF TINGLING SENSATION DECREASE. IN THIS METYLCOBALAMINE IS OLSO THEIR. I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND THIS. O.K BYE.
