81 yrs old lady bedridden suffering from diffuse cerebral atrophy and post CABG. Now S. Creatinine 3.0 hemoglobin 9.8 RBC 2.93 WBC 13550 Lymphocytes 18. Puffy arms and legs. Taken LASIX 20mg twice. Need advice. Thanks
