My baby is 2.2 year old ,she facing gas,constipation problem since two days can I give neopeptine drop if can ,pls suggest how much should I give.

give her tab. jr lanazole 15mg once a day in the mrng before food for 2 days - it relieves her from gas problem give her a glass of warm water daily in the morning to prevent constipation . lot of fruits, corn , bananana, sweeta potato helps in constipation . Dont go for medicine immediately for constipation. try home remedies first.
