Neem leaf during pregnancy

I am 7 month pregnant. Today I have ragi malt(kool) that is given by temple as prasad in which they add raw neem leaves. While I have ragi malt,I tasted the bitter taste of neem leave extract. Then while searching I found that neem leaves should be avoided during pregnancy. Whether it cause any harm. Plz reply
