In the given picture please tell me the name of the nerve/vein that is marked as yellow, and what can be the reason of that getting sore or itchy. Please enlighten me. Also that nerve/vein is prominently felt in buccal mucosa floor.

which marked yellow colour the border of partoidgland.that u can feel always.
If gland inflammed also there will be pain on palpation.
And no prominent nerve located at pointed yellow line.
