Hi Can I take All 9 tablets before getting pregnant , I was taking prenatal but I have switched to All 9 but it looks like a tablet not a capsule.

Yes u can take 3 months before pregnancy and also 3 months after getting pregnant.

All 9 has folic acid and other prenatal vitamins It is taken while trying for pregnancy and during first 3 months of pregnancy
