Sir i am diagnoisee with mitral valve prolapse and mitral regurgitation But my echo results say i have mild pulmonary artery hypertension and tricuspid regurgitation I am worried Please help

Need to know the grade of Mitral regurgitation keep follow up with cardiologist, if MR increases in future need to be tackled. Presently can start with  beta blocker after consulting cardiologist
