Need to delay my periods

I have a pooja next month on 5th, my period cycle falls in that date range. This month my period started on 4th. So i need to delay my periods so it does not fall on 5th of April. This is the first time i am taking a pill. My periods are regular and i am 30 years old. Please suggest over the counter medicines and how to comsume the tablets.
