Hi Well this happens often after taking ipill. However pregnancy can't be detected so soon you need to wait 2 weeks after having unprotected sex to confirm the presence or absence of pregnancy. So please do a blood test namely serum beta hcg after 2 weeks have elapsed from your date of sex. Pls be aware that the periods can become irregular for the next few months but it ought to resolve on its own
